Guarantee Policy

If your placed closer does not perform within 90 days, we replace them at no additional cost.

What the guarantee covers

  • Any closer or setter placed by Closer Den under a signed placement agreement
  • Performance failure as defined in your placement agreement (typically: not hitting agreed-upon targets within 90 days of start date)
  • Voluntary departure by the closer within the 90-day window, where Closer Den determines the departure was not caused by the client

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Termination by the client without documented performance cause
  • Failure resulting from lack of adequate onboarding, lead flow, or offer support by the client
  • Changes to offer, pricing, or commission structure after placement that were not agreed upon
  • Placements where the client has not paid the agreed placement fee
  • Circumstances outside Closer Den's reasonable control

How to trigger the guarantee

  1. Email info@closerden.com within the 90-day window with a description of the performance issue
  2. Provide documentation: call recordings, CRM data, or written communication that supports the claim
  3. We will review within 5 business days and confirm eligibility
  4. If eligible, we begin sourcing a replacement immediately. Replacement timelines are the same as initial placement: typically 14 days to first candidate presentation

Replacement terms

The replacement placement is provided at no additional placement fee. Standard commission and retainer structures agreed for the original placement apply to the replacement. The 90-day guarantee window resets from the replacement's start date.
